Candidate-reported interview process

So, the whole process usually takes a few steps. First, they check your resume. Then, there's an HR chat to see how you communicate and check your background. After that, it's a technical interview where they see if you've got the skills and know-how for the job. Lastly, a manager or HR person will talk about fitting into the team, your salary ideas, and then decide if they'll hire you.

I interviewed for Sales Associate position. The entire process is completely disorganized. Would not recommend to anyone. This is not an AI company and the culture is terrible. No one can tell me what AI this company is doing.

The interview process is what it is. The questions are embedded within the process itself and will always provide enough material for the candidate to craft a contrasting response. It's frustrating to be required to type 30 words just to advance.
