Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a series of questions focused on your customer service abilities and motivations. They asked about your experience, your interest in the role, your career aspirations, how you found out about the company, and what appeals to you about the product or team. A key part of the discussion was about a situation where you had to tell someone something they didn't want to hear.

Good for junior and those willing to contribute to take care the needed. This process is smooth and silk. I think it will be a great place to work with.

It was a panel interview with three staff members using the STAR interview format. It was very informal and they asked about 10 questions in an hour. The interview process was very straightforward. I recommend reviewing answers in STAR format.
