The hiring team advised candidates to prep well, going beyond just company research and annual reports. They also suggested making a good first impression, playing offense instead of defense, using a nonverbal strategy, staying positive, connecting all points, and asking for the job at the end.

So I had this recruiter call first, and then about two weeks later, they set up a chat with the engineering manager. They mentioned there would be about two or three more rounds after that.

I had an interview with a manager. The first part was about my experience. He mentioned they needed someone with AngularJS experience, which was odd since he said it was up to me and I had the full hour. He did say they provide training. The recruiter said they're quick to respond, but I never got a final answer and was ghosted after the comment about AngularJS experience. Communication was poor all around.
