ABC Supply Co. Sales Representative interviews, decoded.

The interview was a lot of questions about what my goals are. It was pretty laid back and the first interview was a one on one. The second interview was with the district manager although I didn’t make it there.

It was professional and comfortable, though it took a little while because they wanted to make sure they got the best candidates. Once it got going, it was super easy. First, I met with the manager. If that went well, I had a background check and then a drug test. The manager really worked with me to make sure we were both happy with the decision. Overall, it was pretty straightforward.

After I applied online, the branch manager called me within a couple of days. The interview was very straightforward, not too structured, and just a relaxed, “what’s your experience” type conversation. They offered me the job on the spot, but I asked for a couple of days to think it over. I accepted the offer later, then went in to get the paperwork done, which included a drug test.
