The process involves understanding how organizations utilize compensation to advance their business objectives and tackle their most difficult talent-related issues. This annual report collects data from numerous participants across various industries, locations, and company sizes.

I applied online and got a call back the next day. We set up an interview for the day after. I ended up having two interviews, one with an associate I'd work with and another with the building director the next day. The interviews lasted just under two hours in total. I also got a tour of the building and learned about the department's and team's goals.

The interview process was smooth and easy. All the questions were based on the roles and responsibilities, which I was able to answer very well. There was only one round, which was also good and helped me stay confident.
