The people seemed strange and the non-technical staff were uncomfortable. The work culture is odd and stuffy. The interview practices were unprofessional and felt like an interrogation. I don't recommend this place. Look for a job somewhere else.
I had a couple of interviews, and everyone was really nice and respectful. They mentioned there are lots of growth opportunities. Right when I walked in, someone greeted me, so I didn't have to wait to start my interview. They even offered me water and coffee.
We started with some basic intro questions where I talked about what I'm looking for in a new sales role. Then, the interviewer quickly checked if I understood and was good with the fact that the pay is 100% commission.
