The first interview was a screening with screening personnel, and the second interview was with the hiring manager. Both interviews went well; they asked about my experience and gave me a lot of details about the job and the training involved.
The hiring process involved an initial phone interview followed by a final video call interview. I got to the final stage, but the interviewer seemed really bored and uninterested, and the interview was very short, only about 20 minutes. They said I'd hear back about the decision quickly, but I never did. I sent a thank you note after the interview and a follow-up message, and I even called the recruiter who said it was okay to call. It's been almost a month, and I've been completely ghosted. Very unprofessional.
the whole interview felt rushed from the second the call started. The questions felt very random and unorganized. The caller also did not sound interested at all. It did not set a good the tone for the interview.
