It was a horrible experience. There were 4 interviews, and 2 of them started late. One person didn't even show up for the interview and then waited a day to reschedule. The last interview was rescheduled, and then 3 weeks later, they called with a weak offer. There were red flags everywhere.
Had a phone interview first and then went in for an in-person interview with HR. It's a new position and they seemed unsure about what they were looking for. The interviewer seemed bored the entire time. They didn't even have the courtesy to call back to let me know I didn't get the job. For a company that claims to be like a family, it was really disappointing to be ghosted like that.
The interview was pretty chill and personal, not scary at all. The interviewer actually let me know beforehand what questions they'd be asking. All in all, a really laid-back interview experience.
