There were 2 stages in the process. First, I had a phone interview, then a technical interview that involved coding questions. I also spoke with HR and some team members. The difficulty of the questions was varied, and they were similar to questions found on interview prep sites.
The interview process was pretty bad, with the team not being professional in scheduling and conducting interviews. I had a first round with their VP, and after clearing it, they took three weeks to get back to me. Their excuse was that they missed the VP's email to move me forward. Then, for the next rounds, I was waiting for the interviewer to join the call, and I had to email them because no one showed up. They called me back 10 minutes later to cancel the interview, again without prior notice. I know it's hard to keep track of every schedule, but I took the whole day off for this interview and had to cancel other appointments and interviews for the week.
They invited a bunch of students from my school to come in and interview. We did a series of 20-minute interviews, rotating between interviewers, and then had a dinner with some of the company folks. They seemed to really want to get a feel for our personalities and what drives us to see if we'd be a good fit for the company. They did ask some technical stuff too.
