The process was smooth, the interviewer were well read well spoken and kind. If you answer wrong they help you understand the business case and help you solve the questions.

I was contacted on Linkedin. First, I had an interview with the senior manager about the company and my current job. Then, I had a second interview with the manager, and finally, I met with a partner from the company.

Even though I told them my preferred vertical, they considered me for a different one. The interview questions were subjective, but they expected specific answers, which didn't make sense. The manager was unavailable for weeks after the first phone screen and kept rescheduling. The recruiter didn't pass on my vertical preference to the senior director and then ghosted me post-interview. I wasted a whole month. There are better firms with better pay, professional recruiters, and a more organized hiring process.
