Candidate-reported interview process
After applying I had a chat with a lovely person from HR then with the principal scientist. I was then invited for an in person interview at their site. It was very warm and pleasant and they asked me a lot of technical questions.
The interview process was okay. There might be multiple rounds of the interview. The first round would be scheduling with the Talent Acquisition and then the next rounds will be with your team lead.
The interview process took about a month and included a hiring manager interview and a panel interview with 4 managers where I had to give a presentation. The offer was a bit of a lowball, but the benefits and relocation package were generous, as was the sign-on bonus.
