Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a 30-minute virtual chat with the hiring manager. After that, a video interview and a personality test. The last interview was in person with the hiring manager, their boss, and some of the Inside Sales Team.

After you get the invitation, you have to finish and send your recorded answers on the HireVue platform by the deadline. If you submit late, it might not be counted. Make sure you're ready, find a quiet place, and check your tech beforehand so you can make a good impression. This video interview is a one-way thing where you can show off how well you communicate, your professionalism, and if you're a good fit for the job.

It was a pretty straightforward process that took about two weeks and involved three interviews. First, I had a phone call with a recruiter. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the district manager, followed by a final Zoom interview with the regional director. No surprises or tricky questions.
