It started with a Teams HR interview/screen, then an in-person interview with the Regional Manager/Hiring Manager, followed by an interview in a 'meet the Territory Manager team' format, and finally a Teams interview with the divisional Vice President. It was a great experience, and I think highly of the company, but unfortunately, I didn't get the job.
First you interview online by recording answers to 5 or so questions they prompt you with. The next step is an interview with the hiring manager. Mine was done remotely although I was told they are usually in person.
First, I had an online interview where they filmed me answering questions, which felt pretty intimidating. After that, I did a Skype interview where I was asked about my interest in the company, my knowledge of their products, and my business management abilities.
