Candidate-reported interview process

They did behavioral, PI, and strategic tests for all candidates. They also looked at work experience and campus recruitment. I was asked about which campuses I visited and if I have done employer branding.

I spoke with the HR recruiter on the phone. It was a friendly intro chat where they already knew a bit about me. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the next stage.

The first step was a recorded video interview where there's no live interaction. It feels like a bad sign if a company can't even give qualified candidates a quick phone call, especially when their employees are required to be in the office 100% of the time. This approach seems counterproductive.
