Candidate-reported interview process

It took a really long time to get through all the interviews. There were 4 rounds in total, and each one was spread out by 2-3 weeks. The whole process felt pretty messy, which gave me the impression that they're disorganized and not great at communicating.

Communication was really bad. I had 3 interviews that took 3 months, and then they told me I didn't get the job. The person in charge of scheduling ignored my emails with questions, but then followed up asking me to schedule the next interview. It was a bad experience overall, and I won't consider other positions at Abbott.

The interviewers were mostly Indian and seemed unaware of the specific job roles. They mentioned they would follow up on a predetermined date but never contacted me again.
