Candidate-reported interview process

So for Lingo, it was a pretty long process. First I talked to a recruiter, then the hiring manager. After that I had 3 interviews with a designer, a product/program manager, and someone from user research. The people at Lingo were super nice and talented.

Had an initial chat with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with the general manager. Everyone was pleasant and approachable, but unfortunately, I didn't quite meet their expectations. It was a pretty relaxed process overall, and I'd say it's worth considering.

This interview was really straightforward and felt like a good conversation. It was easy to follow along, and they gave clear answers that were helpful without being too complicated. It was a genuine and insightful talk.
