It was a pretty straightforward process. Started with a recruiter screen, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and finished with a half-day on-site. They seemed to really value enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the job over just technical skill. I didn't get the role but was a runner-up, and overall it was a good experience.
