Candidate-reported interview process

I got an interview invite, but then they totally ghosted me. No updates or anything, which was confusing and frustrating. I had no idea what was going on with my application. Then, three weeks later, they sent a rejection letter.

It was simple. First, an interview with HR and another with the manager and/or the team. It's important to research the division the position you're applying for belongs to, as they are very different.

The hiring manager was about 20 minutes late for our interview because she was tied up in a previous meeting. The whole thing was pretty short, only about 25 minutes, and mostly involved some really basic questions. Honestly, she didn't seem that interested in me, so I'm probably going to stop pursuing this.
