Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved meeting with people from various functions. This was a conversion from a contract role to a full-time position in a different area. Some details about the transition weren't clear to me, which made the process a bit challenging.

It was a pretty easy interview process, no super tough questions. They had a teams interview first, then an onsite interview with a site tour. You interview with the director before meeting the hiring manager. Honestly, it was one of the simplest interviews I've been through.

It was a good interview process. The interviewers were friendly and wanted to know about me and my experience. I had 2 interviews, one in person and another online. I first met them at a conference and then met the engineering manager a week later.
