Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite straightforward, involving HR, the hiring manager, and a DVP. It was conducted face-to-face at the Singapore office. Typically, Talent Acquisition would reach out to arrange timings and confirm availability. They are looking for candidates who can effectively manage complexity and uncertainty within a matrix organization.

The interview process was very drawn out, taking several months to complete. It felt quite disjointed, involving numerous recruiters and interview rounds. Some situational questions asked didn't seem to align with the job description.

The interview process started with an initial phone screen. Then there were multiple interviews with stakeholders and other team members. The final interview was with the Vice President over the business area. The interviews were all very straightforward. It seemed like no one really knew what the job would be doing though.
