Candidate-reported interview process

There were several interviews for this role. Most were virtual, but in the final rounds, managers flew out to my location for an in-person interview. The interviews had some questions about situations, but not necessarily about product knowledge.

Had a casual phone chat with the Regional Manager. Then I did two separate shadowing days with different teams. After that, I had more meetings with leadership to make sure I was right for the role. The final meeting was with the Vice President.

It was a long process with multiple stages. The people were nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I wasn't sure how long the process would take, and there were more stages than they first said. It was disappointing to travel for so many stages and not get much constructive feedback.
