The number of interview rounds can differ based on how experienced you are, what you've done before, and how tough the job is. It's usually around three to four rounds. Each round checks different things like your technical skills, how you solve problems, stuff on your resume, and if you'd fit in with the team. Sometimes, if they need to look more closely, there might be extra rounds. Other times, you might finish up faster. The whole setup is pretty flexible to make sure we check your knowledge and see if you'd be a good addition to the team.
The interview began with an introduction and a few questions about my project experience. They asked about OOPS concepts. Then they asked about my recent project experience. The interviewer also described the role and responsibilities. The whole interview was under 20 minutes.
It was a one-on-one interview where we discussed my past experience from my resume. There were no technical questions asked. I also got a tour of the lab with the interviewer. They did mention referring me to a different position afterward, but I never heard back about that.
