So the first step was a general chat about me and the role. Then, they gave me a pricing case to solve in 2 hours and present it to the managers. They also mentioned that English proficiency is essential, and Excel data analysis skills were needed.
Got referred by a connection and had 5 interviews: with my connection, the R&T team, a CFD expert, current Co-Ops, the R&D team, and a CAD engineer.
It's very simple, HR calls you, then you have an interview with a manager or your potential mentor, and then HR lets you know if you've been selected or not.
