It was a multi-step interview process that included a recruiter screening, technical and behavioral rounds, and then final talks with leadership. Everything was pretty organized and moved at a normal pace with clear communication. The process started with an initial phone screen, then there were a few structured interviews, and some follow-ups with team members. They explained what they expected, but the timeline was just okay.
The interview process is pretty standard. First, there's a 20-minute call with HR, then an in-person or Teams meeting with the hiring manager lasting about 45 minutes, followed by a 45-minute meeting with skip-level manager or peers. No technical interviews or tests, mostly behavioral questions.
I had six interviews in total, starting with a remote HR screening, then a remote interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a remote interview with a VP. After that, I had three more interviews onsite with the Hiring Manager, Site Manager, and Operations Manager. Unfortunately, I was ghosted after these interviews and never heard back, even after I followed up multiple times.
