Candidate-reported interview process

Had a panel interview with a bunch of engineers. They asked questions to see if I was a good fit. The questions were pretty straightforward, no gotchas. The onboarding at this place is terrible, which is a big reason I left.

I was asked some technical questions about material properties and how things are manufactured. They also asked me questions to check if I understood their devices. I talked to about 4-6 engineers and managers who took turns asking me technical questions.

The interview process was really positive and engaging, and I didn't run into any major issues. It was professional and well-organized, with friendly communication throughout. Overall, I had a good experience and no concerns were raised.
