Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a video call with HR, then another video call with the US hiring manager from Dallas. After that, I had an in-person meeting which included a site tour and then interviews with different people: local management, my potential direct reports, and other stakeholders. The process concluded with another conversation with the HR team.

First, I had a phone screen with the recruiter. Then, about a week or so later, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager on Teams.

The interview process felt disorganized and brief. They started late, and I was initially given the wrong agenda. Instead of job-related inquiries, the discussion focused on my interests. Despite this, the people I spoke with were very pleasant and open. I'm wondering if the disorganization was just a one-off.
