Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and I advanced through each stage. It was very positive until then, with managers being informative and nice. However, they eventually stopped responding without providing any feedback, even after I followed up.

So there was just one interview, online, with the manager and the team lead. It felt pretty relaxed, friendly and welcoming. It lasted about 30 to 45 minutes. We started with introductions, then talked about my past career, and they asked some questions about teamwork, how I structure my day, and my hobbies. We also covered strengths and weaknesses.

The interview was frank, direct, and friendly. It made a great impression from the start. The recruiter was very attentive to my requests and fully met them. It was the best interview I've ever had. They were professional and clear.
