Candidate-reported interview process

It was a normal process with HR, then the manager. They tested my English and asked about the daily tasks of the role, plus technical questions. The interview was straightforward, and I didn't find anything particularly different from other companies. I didn't have any trouble during the interview.

The first interview was straightforward, followed by a second one where the interviewer was late and didn't ask many questions. I received an automated rejection after that. It felt a bit unprofessional, but I guess that's business. I would have preferred a phone call.

I had a competency interview (Technical) with Abbott, and it was one of the best interview experiences I've had. Although I was a bit nervous at the start, the interviewer was incredibly friendly and quickly made me feel at ease. The conversation flowed smoothly, and the overall environment was professional yet comfortable. The interview consisted of around 8 to 9 questions in total. Overall, it was a very positive and encouraging experience, even though I didn’t receive an offer.
