Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty quick, under an hour. It felt like a lot of questions, maybe ten to twelve? The interviewers were really nice, which made it feel less scary since this was my first EMS interview. It was also cool that two women interviewed me, given how male-dominated the field is.

Phone interview due to covid. Plan for at least an hour. Around 10-15 questions. You'll get a call in a few days to join the team. Then you'll do a physical, orientation, and EVOC.

I interviewed with a paramedic and an EMT crew leader. They asked basic questions about how I would handle certain situations and about my past experiences. There wasn't any written test or skills assessment. After they offered me the job, I had to complete a physical ability test.
