The interview process was pretty straightforward. It typically involves a phone screen followed by an in-person interview. If you have any mechanical experience, you should have no problem landing this position.
So there were a few interviews. They asked the normal questions about what makes you a good candidate and your experience. The first one was a phone call, and then the second and third were over Zoom.
It was a pretty chill interview process. I got a call straight from the hiring manager, and they set up an interview for me within a week of applying. It was just a one-on-one meeting, and they showed me around the place too. They actually offered me the job right then and there!
