First, there was an online test and an online interview submission. Then, a phone interview happened. Finally, a final interview with the manager and mentor occurred, where they described potential projects.
The interview process has a few stages: first, an introduction call to gather info, then a call with the manager you'd be reporting to, and finally, a call with that manager and their manager. They focus on your past experiences and core values. Depending on how you found the job, there might be 2 or 3 interviews in total.
The interview felt pretty relaxed. Two people from the company came and asked me to talk through my resume. They wanted me to explain some of the stuff on it. They also asked about my future plans, like where I see myself in five years. Honestly, they didn't seem very engaged or interested from the start.
