Candidate-reported interview process

It was a lot of interviews. Didn't have a good experience. They asked for feedback about their interview process but they didn't provide feedback I asked for. They were late for the interview.

So first I had this test, and then after that I had three interviews. First up was the HR interview. Then I had an interview with the manager where we talked about my skills and some more technical things. Lastly, there was an interview to see how well I'd fit in with the team and company culture.

It was pretty simple, mostly behavioral stuff after an initial skills review and some behavioral testing that was done on campus. Once they figured out the best department for me, I interviewed with the HR manager. Then, I spoke with directors from two different departments for two rounds of technical interviews.
