Abacus Solutions Group Interview Questions

We had 3 interviews total. First was with the recruiter and company management to see if it's a good fit. Then a technical one, and the last one was the final, where we might get an offer.

It started with an email, then we had two phone calls. About a month later, I got an email to complete a packet of my info. Then I had to get my fingerprints done and sent. The background check took about 5 months. Once I started, an investigator contacted me to go over my financials and talk to my relatives and neighbors in person or by phone.

First, I had a phone interview, it was pretty short, about 10 minutes. They wanted to know about my background and skills from my resume. During this call, I also got info about the contract, pay, and benefits. After they decided I was a good candidate, I had an interview with the hiring manager at the actual contract site. This one was longer, around 30 minutes, and was mostly technical questions to see if I'd fit in with the team. The whole process took about 4 weeks for clearance, and the two interviews happened within a week before I got the offer.
