Had a phone screen with HR that went really well. Then, I was scheduled for a video interview with a manager in London. This interview was going great until we got to the mandatory questions. After 30 years in IT supporting major organizations, I ended up failing the interview because of DHCP/DNS questions, even though they weren't relevant to the actual role.
The interview process was a standard mix of personality and technical questions, not too difficult. There were several rounds, with interviewers from both the UK and US. Overall, it was a fair and prompt process.
It started with a phone/video call with someone from HR who wasn't technical. Then there was a technical video interview, but the questions seemed a bit off. I kept feeling like there was a specific answer they were looking for that I was missing. After that, there were some raw knowledge questions about networking and Active Directory.
