First up was a phone interview where they asked some basic questions like walking me through my background and why I'm interested in working here. After that, I had a 30-minute one-on-one with the team leader. It was super short, just about 20 minutes, basically to confirm the role's logistics, see if I was comfortable with it, and answer my questions.
It was a virtual and quick interview. I enjoyed talking with them. They were friendly and good listeners, and they did a great job explaining the company. They explained the benefits and pay really well and didn't hide anything negative.
It was a really chill interview process. They wanted me to go over my resume. They asked about my strengths and weaknesses. I had two interviews. I think I didn't get an offer because I didn't have the insurance experience they needed.
