Candidate-reported interview process

I started with a recruiter call. After that, I had two casual chats with team members, mostly about soft skills and getting a high-level view of the company and team roles. The last part was a technical interview, which was the most detailed part of the whole process.

Had a few phone screenings, then a technical interview where I demoed their system. Also got to talk to many people at the company about their experiences.

A recruiter from Ab Initio got in touch because they noticed my LinkedIn profile and that some colleagues from my current company are doing well at Ab Initio. They then invited me for an interview. The process involved two stages: first, a conversation with an HR manager, and second, an interview with someone from my current company.
