Candidate-reported interview process

I interviewed for this position in March 2025. The two people who interviewed me giggled at inappropriate times and I could tell that they were passing each other notes during our online interview. They'd pause at weird times, eyes moving back and forth to read the note that just appeared on their screen. I should have said something, but I was so shocked that I didn't.

After applying, I was contacted about a week later to set up a virtual interview. I interviewed with two supervisors I'd be working under. The interview was about 25 minutes long and it was very nice.

This was a structured interview where we talked about program management, team management, strategic planning, and why I'm interested in working there. It was a pretty conversational discussion, which made the experience better.
