They did two interviews. First was a phone screening, and the second was with the team managers. I had three managers for the second one, but they were super nice and it felt like a normal conversation.
It was a pretty simple interview process, with a phone interview and then a Teams interview. These were about one to two weeks apart. The first call was mostly about my resume, and the second interview was more about my personality, asking me to use the STAR method.
I had multiple interviews, and I met different people in each one. The interviewers were really nice, and the questions weren't too tough. They mentioned another interview would happen, but I got the job offer before that.
