Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a phone interview. Then, I went in for an in-person panel interview. During the in-person part, the panelists asked questions focused on my skills, but they also wanted to see if I'd fit in with the team and the company culture (values). It was a bit odd, as one person asked something that indirectly touched on age.

HR reach out first, then you talk to the hiring manager, then there's a panel interview, and then you meet with the VP. It's a long process, so you gotta be patient.

I had a video interview with two people who were really nice. They asked standard questions, mostly about how I communicate and solve problems. They took turns asking questions. The whole thing took about an hour and 15 minutes.
