It was a really chill interview, totally normal stuff. Just a laid-back sales interview. I chatted with the store's GM, and he told me about the business. He asked about my past sales experience. Super straightforward interview.
The interview was very straightforward. They mostly asked questions about potential items they'd want you to sell. Then there were questions about customer relations and how you would handle hypothetical situations. It was easy; I got a callback that day. I would recommend my friends to this job because not only are you earning a living, but you also have a chance to make what you deserve through commissions.
Got a referral for an interview at a job fair. It all took about 4 days. I interviewed with Tino at the store in White Plains. The Sales manager was there too, but mostly just observing.
