Candidate-reported interview process

Had 2 interviews on the same day. First met with the current GM, then the regional manager. I was hired as a delivery person and promoted to GM within 6 months. There was a lot of turnover at the store, so opportunities came up frequently.

It is an online process. To speed things up, use open requisitions for each location you're applying to. If you're not sure, ask store management. It also involves a background check, drug screen, and a driver's background check. The quicker you finish each step, the sooner you can start working. Make sure to check your spam folder for emails from Aarons!

The interview process took about a month to get started. I was interviewed two or three times. It started with a regional manager asking basic questions, situational questions, and about company policies. Then the general manager interviewed me. Even though the managers liked me, there was no follow-up communication after the interviews, which was discouraging.
