Candidate-reported interview process

So basically I had a phone call first, then an in-person interview, and then a final meeting over Zoom. It was pretty straightforward, mostly just chatting about my background and experience. I also got to learn a bit more about the role.

It was easy and quick with the background check and a short drug test, but they took forever to get back to me about the hiring process. Make sure not to lie on your application, you'll need a solid background for account managing and for making field visits.

I had a quick chat with the general manager, then another interview with the regional manager. The general manager went over what the job entailed. The regional manager asked more detailed questions about my background and previous employment.
