I got a take-home challenge that I had 3 days to finish. It asked me to make a data analysis report using a dataset. It was more about my business sense than my coding skills.

I got the take home challenge and had 3 days to finish it. I heard back about the next step a week later. The recruiter was really nice and friendly.

I applied and then immediately got a take-home challenge due in 3 days. I submitted it and then got an ATS rejection email saying my skills didn't match what they were looking for. This also happened to another senior DA. Just a heads up, if a company gives you a 3-day take-home before any screening, think about how likely you are to get it before you start. Some companies give take-homes before the onsite, which is usually after you've talked to HR and the hiring manager. No recruiting process was provided, and no feedback was given on the take-home.
