I went through several interviews, and it took them months to get back to me. It felt like what they said they were looking for and what they actually asked in interviews didn't match up. The whole thing was super weird and honestly, kinda degrading.

The interview process was straightforward. They mainly assessed my skills, sense of responsibility, and overall capability. It felt great to be evaluated based on my actual experience and potential, rather than personal connections.

This was a pretty fast process, only took me two weeks to get a call back. Everyone I talked to was really nice and kept in touch the whole time.
