Candidate-reported interview process

A recruiter first organized the interview. Following that, there was a brief video interview with both the social work supervisor and the director. They expect you to be extremely knowledgeable about the role.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked questions related to my past experience and my qualifications for the job. There weren't any specific questions to prepare for, but it would be a good idea to understand the organization's history.

The interview process was easy and the people I talked to and interviewed with were very nice. I was nervous but they made it easy. They seem like a great company to work for and I’m ready to get started.
