Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a group test, both psychological and behavioural, to see how well you work with others in a competitive setting. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with a recruiter who asked about my personal life and my personality. The whole experience felt unprofessional, especially having to travel to Oslo for an in-person interview on short notice, and then not getting any feedback, just a generic email excluding me from the process a few days later. I wish they had at least given me some advice on what went wrong instead of just leaving me without any explanation.

I applied and then had to wait a bit to get a response. After they got in touch, I was invited to attend a meeting day. Following that, I got an email that offered me the job.

The interview experience was unusual. It was held in Copenhagen, but most candidates were Swedish and didn't speak Danish. The interviewers started in Swedish and then switched to English. The whole thing took less than 2.5 hours and included a presentation, 2 group exercises, and 1:1 interviews with about 15-20 people. It was also strange that they were interviewing for multiple airlines that day. The process felt rushed.
