The interview process included a recruiter call and an onsite interview. The onsite was with a director who had a very bad manner and asked awkward questions to create negativity. He was arrogant and didn't listen to responses.
Super quick interview, then paperwork. After that, another more detailed interview about jobs, your daily life, health, and hobbies. Then, health exams, more paperwork, and a psychometric test. If you pass, you go to training, which is the final filter.
The process took about 4 weeks. The interview was with some managers who talked more about personal life and asked some college questions. The managers asked about your life, your relationship with family and friends. Asked about projects you've done.
