We started with a phone screen to go over my background and experience, my knowledge of tools, and to give me more info about the company and role. Then I went in for an in-person interview with the Director of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at their office.
So the first thing was a quick phone chat with the recruiter, mostly to see if I was actually interested in the job. Then I had another phone call, this time with the Office Manager. The last part was an in-person meeting that went for more than 4 hours with the Office Manager and the VP of Operations. After I passed the interviews and they decided to offer me the job, they did a drug test and a background check.
So, basically there were three technical interviews. The first two were about an hour each. The last one was with the project manager. And then, at the very end, there was an HR interview.
