It was a one-on-one process. I liked how they hired back then. A lot has changed since new management came in and brought a lot of bureaucracy and confusion. I wouldn't advise anyone to apply unless you want to get some experience.
It was a pretty standard interview, lasting about 30 minutes. The interviewers were two program directors. They asked questions mostly about my experience with people who have developmental disabilities and how I would handle different scenarios that might come up when working with them. Overall, it felt like a comfortable setting.
I was professionally interviewed by two Program Managers. During the interview they described the layout of the program and then asked about 7 questions that pertained to the position of Program Supervisor. They informed me that I would be on call for two weeks every two months as a part of the position.
