Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a phone screen, then a zoom interview, then a half-day in-person interview. The in-person part involved meeting with the manager, leadership, and staff. Also met with HR to go over benefits.

It was a really positive experience, although it took quite a while. I talked with a lot of the team members, and it felt like we were just chatting and working together even during the interviews. Everyone seemed really enthusiastic about the work.

Started with a standard call about qualifications and interests. Then completed an Excel and writing exercise, both were pretty easy. The final round was 1.5 hours of five back-to-back sessions with the department team. All were pretty easy, but no offer followed despite multiple follow-ups.
